All of the people that I know who matched into Anesthesia for this past year have Step 1 220-230 with some in 240. I know of one person without Step 1 but COMLEX high 500s who went unmatched for Anesthesiology this year.

I think people would be surprised by how low the bar is for a score like this. I would estimate it's somewhere around 60-65% correct for most forms. Getting up into the 80th percentile you're probably around 75-80% correct. Of course this is just speculation.
